Saskatoon or Regina which one is good for new comers? I know both have high crime rates but still which one is safe than other??

I have searched many sites but I didn't get anything.. Sometime it seems regina has highest crime rates but after search some other sites i feel saskatoon is high in crime.

Im very confused ... I want opinion from those who have been in one of these two cities.. Plzzz
