need ur help , i have done mba in india, want to do a 2 yr post graduation course in canada,
ielts score is 7.5.
i have come to know that if u do study in vancouver, toronot and montreal , u wont qualify for work permit
so recoment me college outside these areas so i can get work permit and later pr

This isn't true. Whether you qualify for a work permit or not depends on the school you attend - not the province.
