i m going to canada on skilled worker categary ,, i want to apply for my brother on student visa he has done b.com from karachi university his passing marks r 57% as per my consultant minimum passing marks should be 63 to 65%,,
can u pl advise is there any university in which my brother can apply on student visa with 57% passing marks ???
