Greethings from London.

I was discussing with my friend yesterday and it looks like I can claim 67 required points for Canadian immigration. But I don't have much idea about it. I would appriciate if someone cast some light please. Do I have to send the initail application with just application form, photocopy of passport and IELTS result! If I do then when I will have to send the rest of the papers! I can't get work refference certificate as I don't wanto upset my employer at the moment - can I do a statutory declaration for work!

Thanks in advance

Do I have to send the initail application with just application form, photocopy of passport and IELTS result!
- Plus fees (CAD550 for major & CAD150 for minor - please verify the fees)

If I do then when I will have to send the rest of the papers!
-Once you send above application, it may take 2-3 months to get letter from CIC office & if they find you are eligible to process, they will send letter & ask to submit supporting documents to information mentioned in forms with in 120 days period .

I can't get work refference certificate as I don't wanto upset my employer at the moment - can I do a statutory declaration for work!
-In that case, you can send offer/ appointment / promotion letter(s) you already have + salary slips + (reference) letters from your 2 colleagues + a letter from you with explanation that why can't you get reference letter from current employer.
Most important - it is applicant's responsibility to prove that he/she is/has playing/played the role & responsibilities required for qualified NOC.
(riad_00 - seniors may correct/add to this)

Thanks in advance
