i'm sponsoring my husband from the philippines and i'm currently completing our application. but some questions here are very confusing. and it will be great if someone will help us. Smiley

IMM1344 A of question 6 b) and c).
which box do i have choose?

IMM5481 page 2 DETAILS OF FAMILY MEMBERS AND PERSONS INCLUDED IN UNDERTAKING IN EFFECT OR NOT YET IN EFFECT
which box do we need to be complete by us or need to put not applicable?



there's also one question in IMM 5490 asking; when and where did your first meet your sponsor in person?
me and my husband are classmates when we were in our 3rd grade. way back in 1992 in the philippines... we don't really remember what exact day it was our first day of school back then.but for sure it was june 1992..you think it will be okay if we just put june 1992 without the exact day? we don't really have evidenceto provide that we were classmates back then but we have some pictures when we were young, he was with my bestfriend and she's also one of our classmate then in one of the picture and i also have one picture with my bestfriend. and when i went home last 2009, we all met the three of us and took a picture together. you think that will also be fine?


and form IMM 5490 question 16 a. did your sponsor have to travel to your country for the marriage? and i answer yes on this. and for question 16 b. if you answered yes to 16a, did someone travel with him/her? my relatives, my sister here in canada and one of my sister in the US travelled or went home in the philippines to attend our wedding but we don't have all the same flights. is that really make sense? basically, what do i have to put in here?

You haven't supplied enough information for me to answer that. Where does the sponsored person live, how long has the sponsored person lived there and has the sponsored person lived there legally?

For my application, me and my sponsor just put month and year for some dates where they wanted days as well. Generally, explain the situation as well as you can, omit nothing and try to provide answers to any questions they might have.
