Need help please

Dear experts
Right now I am working in Penticton B.C. I have work permit.I am just here in Canada for 7 months only.But Recently one company hired me and they have open LMIA so can I able to joined that company Without New visa approval.How long does it takes to approved? Another question can I able to move that company without giving notice to this current company. I am sure they won't except my resignation. I want to leave this company because they are not giving salary and hours as per contract and which I am not eligible to apply for PNP due to my low income.

Assuming you are here on a closed work permit, you need a new work permit before you can start working for the new company. You cannot use your current work permit to work for the new company (even if they already have an approved LMIA). The processing time for your new work permit could be anywhere from a couple of weeks to a few months.

Thanks Scylla for your response. Today I received my LMIA in my name.As I told you in above question that I am just here in Canada for 7months only so if I apply again work permit to another company than CIC won't reject the visa.I am so worry about this.

If you are qualified for the job, the work permit should be approved.

Again I need your favour.I want to apply my work permit from inside Canada. So is that the work permit forms is same that the one I filled outside the canada? If not then could you please tell me which forms do I need to filled?
