Need help please anyone who can.

I have work permit for 2 years in Canada because I applied for extension and I was approved but my visa right now is expired and my Pr application is still in process...i would like to return to my country but I don't know what steps should I take to have a visa again so I can return again back in my country and after re enter again Canada...please help anyone who can.

If i am not wrong,

If ur pr aplication in under process u will be given an extension of ur visa till ur pr application outcome.
