Need Help please.......a bit confused about the status

Hello Everyone,

its been a long time for everyone like me who were waiting for ecas update, yesterday i got update in my ecas but i m really confused about the status.

Before update it was like......
We received your application for permanent residence on January 28, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 15, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on March 24, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.

After Update........
We received your application for permanent residence on January 28, 2010.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on June 22, 2010.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

So please let me know, what does i judge from this message. I havent recieved any medical yet nor any calls to my employer , is it a rejection or some paper request or the update is wrong .........

please answer my query as i m very bit sad about this....its been a year i had been waiting for this....

If you have not received for medical request before decision, then it could be the case of rejection. But sometime, it might be some mistake in ecas during update, so its better to clarify the things. You may send query to CHC.

Sorry to say before medical request the ecas status "Decesion Made" means "Refusal". But wait for the letter from them? Many times ecas status shows wrong status due to technical error but till you does not receive any letter no one can finally say what is going on with your file?

But frankly speaking it is not good indication?

As others mentioned, it is not a good sign

Just wait for some more timehoping that e cas has been updated wrongly and it may change back to in process, but again signs are not positive

thxs for ur replies , but how long does they take to contact me. and how can i send a query is it by email , telephone or fax.
