Need help!! Pgwp expires, no job, need suggestions regarding good options which can help in staying.

hello,
My friend is from India.
His work permit expires in January 2021
He did 1 year program in game design in Oakville Ontario.
And did part time experience in Tim Hortons for 1 year
After that he moved to another area of Ontario
And covid happened and he was not able to find a field job or any other job.
He tried to contact many of his friends and lawyers and consultant in order to find out options for him but failed in that area too.
LMIA is not an option for him as it costs more($30-40k) and he doesn't have that much money and in that too it's not guaranteed that he will get extension of his pgwp.
Other rnip and aipp (I'm not sure if he will be eligible for that or not)
Can he get his study permit again after pgwp expires so that he will be able to stay here ?
I don't know what will be good options for him.
If anyone have any idea or anything which can help him stay.
That would be great and appreciated

Current Crs score 413.
(He will try again for celpip now his target will be to get atleast 9 in writing so that his score will be around 458)

While entering in here he only showed 1 year of back home experience. (Done by consultancy)

Is there any way that he can still show his 6 years experience of photography ?

Because if he is showing more than 3 years of back home experience his points reach to 450 and after getting good score in writing it reached to 483.

If he can prove his foreign skilled work experience and raise his CELPIP score to get to 483 then he should do that. PGWPs cannot be extended and "consultants" who offer fraudulent LMIAs in exchange for $30k should be reported to the ICCRC.

He can certainly switch over to a study permit to be able to remain in Canada longer. He should be aware that he can only obtain a PGWP once. So even if he completes further studies in Canada, he cannot get another PGWP.

Yes but by the time he is planning to achieve more points for pr so that he can directly apply for pr but in that too I have doubts like what if he gets admission next September intake so till than can he stay here on visitor visa?

He can apply to change his status to visitor if need be but of course it's not guaranteed if they aren't satisfied that he will be able to get by without working. To prove foreign skilled work experience you need a letter from the employer outlining the duties performed and hours worked.

He can get that letter from the employer but the only question is he didn't show this while entering to Canada. so if he is applying for pr how can he show this 6years experience now?

Yes that becomes an issue because he misrepresented his real skills originally. Was the gaming work part of a co-op required to graduate?
