I need a help. Right now, my PR application is under the QSW Federal stage (inside Canada). Recently, my VO asked me to submit the original copy of the police clearance certificate from my country. The previous one they have in the file is expired. I collected it from my country and sent it to Ottawa via Canadapost. They already received it (Got the scanned copy of signature confirmation from Canadapost). But it's been almost one and half months there is not update in my CIC account. Still it shows that "We need an additional document from the applicant"
Is it normal or they didn't receive it. What I am suppose to do now?
