NEED HELP! ORG DOCS NOT RETURNED BY HIGH COMMISSION ISL

I received my rejection letter for my study permit on 24 feb 2012, but my original documents were missing in the envelope. I only received mine and my spouse passport, bank statements and all docs related to bank, marriage certificate,personal statement and photocopies of all my credentials.

I have written several emails, fax and mails to High commission. They responded via email that they dont have my documents in their records. I contacted TCS vistronix as well. but no use.

Does anybody know what to do... mine and my spouse`s original documents are with embassy and they are not responding at all now

contact visa tronix... may be they misplaced them and did nt send your documents to embassy ...

If they are lost bu visa tronix then its your hard luck...

i did asked themm..they r saying dat the envelope is sealed by the sender nd visatronix doesnt hve ne record abt wats inside.. :s

i dnt know wat to do....

Who was the fuckin idiot asked u to send Originals !! I've been tellin in this forum not to submit any Original Doc which u can't get again !!! apart from passport everything else could be jus plian xerox xopies / Notarized copies for pakistan !!!
