Need help on the IELTS score I got

i got score of 6.5 overall and in listening - 7 , speaking - 6.5 , reading - 6, writing - 6.5
please let me know if i am eligible for applying PR in CEC class.

i have been working in Canada since past 1 year and would like to apply for PR under CEC class.
