I have the following questions regarding the forms required for Skilled Workers. Any help on these would be much appreciated:
Reference Letter: My current Employer is ready to give me a reference letter stating my main duties, period of employment, designations held and salary on the same letter and these duties match the details of the NOC code required for being considered as a Skilled Worker. However, I have worked with my current employer only for 2 years and need to prove 4 years of total experience for points.
I got in touch with my previous employer regarding a similar letter and although they have mentioned the period of my employment and my last designation, they have not provided a list of all the designations and my last salary. Even the list of duties is mentioned under - "He has worked on various skills including:" (What follows matches the NOC code description). I have my joining, promotion, relieving letters to get all the necessary details. Wanted to check what would be the best way to go forward.
Addresses Stayed In: I have a job which requires constant travel and I keep shuttling between countries for business meetings etc. Most of these are on Business Visa. However, I sometimes stay there for 8-10 weeks. Should I add all these places as part of my addresses? (they are all hotels)
Education Details: I hold a bachelors degree (B. E.) but am confused as to how to fill in the period for the education details. From which grade do we count Elementary Education and when do we switch over to Primary Education? (My guess would be from Class 1 - 5 should be classified as Elementary and Class 6 - 12 as Primary - Indian Education System). Could someone confirm?
