Need help on required documents

Hi,
Can some one please suggest me.

I am eligible for PR under CEC. below are the documents i have with me
1. Experience letter
2. DOB
3. PCC
4. IELTS Score
5. Work permit
6. Passport

I am married and have kid. they are back home(they have never been here).
we got married 7 years ago, but we dont have marriage certificate. They dont have Passport as well.
what are all the documents i require for my wife and kid.
now i want to apply for marriage certificate and passport for them.
1. If marriage certificate is not in english langauge? does it work?
2. What shoudl be the last name of my wife on marriage certificate and passport, either her last name or my last name?
3. in order to apply for PR, do i need to bring my family here or can i apply eventhough they are in india.
4. if i apply for PR when they are in india, is it possible to bring them here when PR is under process?
5. if i apply for PR when they are here, is it possible if they want to go back home.?

They will need birth certificates, passports, and your wife will need a police clearance.

Any required document that is not in English/French must be translated - see the instructions regarding acceptable translations.

2. What shoudl be the last name of my wife on marriage certificate and passport, either her last name or my last name?
It should follow the rules of the jurisdiction that will be issuing the certificate, and must reflect her legal name. If she did not legally change her last name to yours, then it should be her name.

3. in order to apply for PR, do i need to bring my family here or can i apply eventhough they are in india.
It is not required that they come here for you to to apply.

4. if i apply for PR when they are in india, is it possible to bring them here when PR is under process?
Maybe, it depends on your status. It might be easier for you to bring them here before you apply

5. if i apply for PR when they are here, is it possible if they want to go back home.?
They will not be prisoners of Canada if you apply for PR. Yes, they can go back any time they want.
