Need Help on new documents submission

Need your expert opinion.

I have submitted by Express Entry application in Dec'15. Currently I don't live in my home country and have submitted my visa along with application.

The opinion requested is :-

My Resident visa has been changed to "Permanent Resident" after submitting my documents to IRCC, I still continue to reside in the same country from where I have filed my application. Do I have to provide the latest visa copies to IRCC or is it fine if I don't provide the same to them?
