Need help on my visa extension

I sent my visa extension paper back in March 2, 2020 and they received it March 3, 2020. My status ends last April 2020 and I apply to extend my visa until September 7, 2020 but I still haven't received any result. My question is,

1. Is it okay to leave Canada even if I didn't received result? what should I do before leaving the country?
2. If they sent a result after I leave Canada and request me for a medical, what should I do?
3. My flight got change to September 8 because that's the only available flight, will it affect my future applications/status if I cant leave Canada on the specified date?
4. If I don't want to leave Canada because my home country still struggling to control covid19, can I still apply for another extension? My visa is valid until 2021 and they give me multiple entry.
5. Can I still apply a new visa extension even if I didn't received my last application result?

1. Yes fine to leave. Once you leave I would send a webform to CIC indicating that you have left Canada.
2. You’ll need to do the medical in your home country

4. Yes but your extension will be always be dependent on the outcome of the 1st extension. The fact that you have a multiple entry visa that lasts until 2021 only means that you can attempt to reenter the country which I wouldn’t suggest doing.
5. yes although you are assuming an approval.
