Need help! On Incomplete landing

Hi, my friend got PR through fsw ( via agent) last year and did a short landing with his family in last July. At the immigration countercounter there was some confusion as he was not fully aware of the procedure and they were asked to update the address for PR card delivery online. He came back and forgot to add the address. Ultimately here didn't get his PR card yet.

Now he is planning to get the travel document and go to Canada next month. Will there be any issues in this situation?

No issues provided he gets the right travel document from the Canadian embassy in your country, he can land and then sort out the issue of his PR card when he gets an address here.
