Hi all,

I'm trying to apply my bridge extention on my study permit and a new off-compus work permit online, but since I logined in with my GCKey about 3 weeks ago and uploaded my apply form, I can't go futher anymore.

I still need upload my scanned passport and previous study permit. After I login in with my GCKey and click on continue button, I always recieve a message says:

SORRY ...
this on-line service is currently not available.
Possible reasons:
1.We are currently updating this Web site.
2.We are experiencing technical difficulties.
Please try again later.

ce service en ligne est présentement non disponible.
Explications possibles :
1.Nous sommes entrain de mettre à jour notre site Web.
2.Nous éprouvons quelques difficultées techniques.
Veuillez réessayer plus tard.

Notice: I have tried on my laptop, my homestay's computer, my friend's laptop with his internet, my college's computer and the computers in international office at my college.

Therefore, I don't think it's the problem with computers and internet.

Does anyone know what's going on with CIC website? I've been trying this almost everyday in last two weeks.

Recently helped couple of people filing their work and study permit from the same link, no issues, it went all good. One application submitted yesterday, one last week and two work permits on 24th July, all were good to go. Try creating a new file altogether, that might do the trick.

try with Google chrome and use the updated version . make sure you have good internet speed like above 256Kbps. And you are allowed to connect with secure connection.If you have tried with the same internet provider in different PCs try different one.
