Need help on chosing the right office for QSW

Dear all,

I am Indian citizen currently living and working in Middle East. I am interested in applying for Quebec immigration but I am not sure to which immigration office I should send my application.

Although it is mentioned in the website that applications from Middle East should go to Immigration office in Damascus but the issue is I am living in Middle East since April 2010 only. Before that I lived in UK for more than four years.

Can some one please advise me on to which office i should post my applications

Should i send it to...
Damasucus...because I am currently living in Middle East
Paris/London office...because I lived in london until March 2010 or to
Hongkong office...because I am indian citizen

Please suggest

how long would you be staying in middle east? if longer, then damascus, and if you are returning to india in few weeks, then apply to hong kong when you reach india.

I will be statying in ME for another 6 months to one year atleast...
so i guess i should send this to Damascus rith
