Hi,

I am currently working in USA on H1B visa. I heard that I can apply for PR in Canada. Can anybody help to get the more information on this?

Thanks

you can apply as a federal skill worker (category 1) if you have experience in a job from a specific list at for at least a year in the last 10 years. you could also apply for Alberta PNP immigration if your job falls intheir list. Finally, you can try quebec immigration or immigration after getting a job in canada.

go to www.cic.gc.ca

Theres lot of information there. But look for federal skilled workers first and then for PNP.

The OP may wish to see if s/he qualifies for the Alberta H1B Pilot project http://www.albertacanada.com/immigration/campaigns/h1b.html
