I was asked to provide RCMP record check back in January 5, 2016. I did it on January 12, 2016. I still have not received anything from them. I have made several attempts to follow up by emails and phone calls but no response from them either.
My submission dealine is March 5, 2016 what should I do?

sometimes they send it to wrong address, did you go to RCMP where your record check was originally done?

do u have any record in Canada before ? charged or convicted or arrested?

I did contact the local service that my fingerprints were taken that how I knew to contact RCMP.
I came close to a DUI once but I won the case and my lawyer ensured me that all my records were cleared.

usually it takes long if there is a record on their end. I am wondering if that is the case, nevertheless I think you should get hold of someone from their end and ask them to help you. Also, call up CIC and tell them your situation and see what they say.
