need help..move out..

Hi everyone need help, My VO is in SIngapore since I was working there for about 4 years... Now I move back to Philippines for good. Do i need to tell Singapore that I need to transfer my application in Manila>? though i still have relative in SG to receive anything in my behalf. Singapore received my file last September 30 2011 and my address only appears last week but still application received... Any suggestion are very much welcome. Thank you in advance..

Definitely update your address. I'm not sure if you can request to change your VO, though.

You MUST advise of the change in address. CIC only moves files from an office to maintain the integrity of the processing, so it will be up to them to decide if they need to do so, otherwise your processing will be completed at the original office.
