I moved to Quebec City in March 2020, My work permit is valid till May 21st 2020. I applied for extension and got submission letter from Canada Immigration on March 26th 2020. I am not able to apply for Government Medical Benefits (RAMQ) until I receive Approved document I cannot apply that is what Quebec Medical Says.
Quebec Medical takes 90 days once i get approved document.

Its actually government issue, not my issue. why should i suffer

what is the best option in this situation.
