Need help : married name on marriage certificate

Hi,

I have a question, my wife has her maiden name in all of her documents except for our marriage certificate, we are about to send the documents for spousal sponsorship under family class, we have prepared notarized affidavit Explaining that marriage certificate has her married name and they both are the same person, my question is that is it enough to explain different name on marriage certificate than other document or do I have to also add other name in form IMM0008?

For the 25 seconds of additional effort it will cost you to put the use of an alternative name on the IMM0008, I would recommend it.
