I am already holding an open work permit.2 weeks ago my dependant family in philippines has gone through medical already. We found out that he has hepatitis B and a positive VDRL. It's stressing me so bad because I know this would cause as red flag on my PR application.my question is can I remove my spouse from my application? I heard they already sent the medical result to CIC.is there a possible way thay I can remove him from the application?

No, you can't remove him from your application. It's unlikely that it would cause him to be medically inadmissible at this time. He will probably have to undergo tests and treatment however, which will delay your application. It's out of your hands now anyway, so just relax...

You could, but it could backfire if CIC decide that it could be a "Divorce of Convenience".
I'm not going to get involved in any discussion regarding the moral aspects of your case however.

If you still have a relationship that means something to you, stick it out.

Those diseases are STDs, so it meas her husband has been cheating on her while she is trying to make their life better.

Note that if you divorce him and CIC accepts this divorce as valid - you will never be able to sponsor your husband in the future for PR, even if you re-marry.

Actually, he could have had it before he married her. While some people still marry as virgins, many don't... and thus the consequences.
