Need help - Job offer - points on which category

Hello everyone,
I'm hoping to get some help in this forum. We have recently applied for PR in Canada under Express Entry and PNP together . Our CRS scores are below 400 (age is above 35 years) but there is a possibility as husband's employer is willing to do an internal transfer to Canada. Will this job offer help in boosting our total CRS scores? If the answer is yes, do we get 400 or 600 points and in which category (EE or PNP)? Please clear this grey area.

If your husband's employer is able to secure an ICT visa (intra company transfer), this will give you an additional 50 points for having a job offer under Express Entry. However you won't get these points immediately. Since the ICT visa is LMIA-exempt, your husband will need to work for this employer for 1 year in Canada before he will qualify for the additional 50 job offer points.

Yes, your husband can use the job to get 1 year of Canadian experience which will count for points.

In terms of PNP, it depends where the job will be located and how that province's PNP programs work. You'll need to research that.
