Need help! Invitation letter

Hello,

I am thinking to get TRV for my parents but cant think of their strong ties back home. How can I mention in my invitation letter that they are not going to over stay ? What could be the options of showing any other kind of ties.

Do they own a home, properties, investments, pensions, look after family members etc. Those are ties.

Thankyou for replying. They rent a property. Any rental agreement would do? Vehicle registration? They are retired.

They can show that since that is all they have. If you are PR or citizen and there ties are weak, why aren’t you applying for a super visa.

So they need to show their own funds and ties. Ties are as stated above.
