Need help:Instruction for BOWP Paper application

Hi

Sorry for starting new topic

I applied CEC application recieved by cio on 20th june 2013.I added explaination letter to cec application that my PGWP expring on 27th july and before that i need AOR to apply for BOWP

So i want to know if my PGWP expring on 27th july 2013 CIC should recieve my paper application for bowp on 27 or bfore 27th or i have to apply on 27th july 2013 and send it.As i will be summiting my fees so it will show there that i have applied before wp expiry

I am adding explaination letter if i will not recieve AOR.Thats what i can do.I donot know how to apply BOWP?

New employer or same employer

If i am sending it through mail paper appliaction what i have to write on evelope?
wp extension

or bridge open wp

If i summit my application online plse advice me how to summit online application for BOWP?
How to add explaination letter.

Scroll down to Option 1, "Submit your application electronically." Follow the step-by-step instructions. You will have the option of uploading supporting documents (I believe pdf format works best).

Make sure you apply for an Open work permit. If you're applying electronically, answer "Yes" to the question, "Have you received approval in principle" to your permanent residence application. (even if you're trying for the BOWP before you receive your AOR).

CIC must receive your application for the BOWP before the old one expires (if you want to continue working on implied status).

I clicked no for this part =/ and submitted my application..
