Need help in updating ICT Visa as Job Offer in express entry profile

Hi...

I work for TCS India. I got Intra Company transfer to work in canada for 2 years. I got the visa stamped as worker yet to initiate the travel.

Need clarification on the following,

Can i claim 50 points in CRS express entry with this ICT job offer

Does it require work permit or can i use the visa stamping to update in tool

Please advice.

To claim 50 additional points, you need to satisfy all the below conditions:

1.You need to have work permit. Visa alone is of no use.

2. You have to work in Canada for 1 year.

3. After completing 1 year experience in Canada, TCS Canada should provide a letter stating that you will continue to be employed by them in Canada for 1 more year.
