although people could read through your previous posts maybe repost here a summary of your issue to refresh memories. Generally most people would recommend against using paid consultants or lawyers unless they have a really difficult case given those entities have zero influence on obtaining a visa.

Yes I do understand that now. How does one deal with someone who refuses to provide information and keeps demanding additional money saying this was not covered and that was not covered in the contract? Can anyone suggest any remedial measures. Thanks

Atleast you must be having the UCI, if yes then raise a cse and fill out the representative cancellation form and submit it. And then update your details, afterwards you should receive all the correspondences instead of your agent. This is just my viewpoint.
