Need Help in a big way

My boyfriend and I have been living together for almost a year on July 9 I put in to have his visitors extension re extend he has approval until August 10 for us then to put in his paper work for Permanent Residence. His son who still lives in Greece was to come visit us August 1, he unfortunately has taken seriously ill and we had to cancel his flight as well now, my boyfriend needs to go back.

What are the how do I say, how does that affect us, if he goes for 2 weeks and returns what issues will he have if he shows we applied for extension in order to put in for Permanent residence for him, will they deny him entry, if we ask only for an extension till we see what the paper work comes back as looking for some direction or suggestion or anything at this point

He can leave and come back, thatis not a problem.

Showing you applied for the extension is a good starting point as he will be questioned about his intentions in Canada. Now, being accepted is another question entirely. If the extension was granted then the chances increase, if not then it will be harder. The possibility of being accepted is real, but it will be very bad luck to get such result.

Carry all evidence submitted with the extension, they will serve for the re assessment he will have when he comes back.
