Need help : IELTS Score Eligibility for FSWP Program

I require an emergency help to get the idea of my CLB level. below are my IELTS Score :

Reading :: 8.0
Writing :: 6.5
Listening :: 8.5
Speaking :: 7

We are confused whether it would be CLB Level 8 or 9? Please help while giving reply.

You don't get scored on overall CLB level but on points for each of your skills in your case, you total points will be 23points

Reading :: 8.0 = 6points
Writing :: 6.5 = 5points
Listening :: 8.5 = 6points
Speaking :: 7 = 6points

Reading = 6.5
Writing = 6.0
Speaking = 6.5
