Need help - I will temporarily be in Quebec

Guys Just a suggestion, we going to New York and will travel to Quebec and be there for a month.
Should I try to manage a job temporarily? And if I am able to do so, would that somehow help my application which I did under Mon Project in August 2016?

What exactly do you mean manage a job temporarily ? Assume you do not mean work in Quebec without being a PR or having a work permit ?
