I have applied for CAIPS note after getting rejection from CIC and in CAIPS note they mentioned that I will not leave Canada after completion of my studies just because before I was there before on Visitors visa. So can some please tell me how to justify them for these reason. I need strong justification as before I have applied for 2 yrs course in seneca for chemical lab techinician which was diploma course and now I am planning to take QA/QC in AAPS college which is private college but have DLI num and course is for 10 months only. Is these is good decision for me???

What if I don't care right now for wp? I just need my study permit as my aim is to study only and can you please tell me how can I justify them that I will come back? I will really come back.
First please tell us about your visit on visitor visa. When did you apply for it what length of a visit you claimed? And how long you actually stayed?
Secondly. What was in your SOP for SP? What personal ties do you have in your home country& How study IN Canada (and not in UK/USA/Australia) could help you in your career in home country? Why Canada? Why abroad?
And finally, after first refusal you are trying a PRIVATE college now? :-X Well it definitely says CIC that your purpose is to come to Canada by any possible way.

First of thank you for your reply. I got an idea what to do next but have one more quetion in my mind as you told that I am taking private college but what if i is approved by Canadian Gov and hav ddesignated learning institution num given by canadian gov?? this college just dont fall under SPP (Student partners program) category and after refusal i cant put my file under SPP category. Please suggest me that I am taking right decision or not? Or shall I change my college?
