Need help ...from All friends.....

I am prejune applicant , I have been requested for following updated documents

Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.
* Updated Schedule A Background/ Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.
* Updated Schedule 3 Federal Skilled Worker form for the principal applicant

These forms are a little bit different from I had sent before

I need guidance IMM008 form

1- (7) have you receive your certificate de selection du quebec (SEQ)? wHAT IS THIS?

2-iN PERSONAL DETAILS ...NUMBER 7
ucl? what is this?

3- I have visited few foriegn countries ...........Just for visit ... all less than 5-21 days only ?
Should I mention these or not.
they have not asked me to mention travel history.

In Generic application form they ask for only ....country of visit for more than six month

Should I voluntarily let them know the countries of visit or not?

4- There is also mentioned Assessts, liabilities and settlement funds in Can $
I have property on my name including and newly constructed Plaza,
Should I need to mentionin ASSESTS, its value in can$

Please help me.

Your application is started processing now. Therefore VO need updated information.

Leave it blank. It is for Quebec applicants only.

No, Number 7 is date of birth. Are you asking about Number 3 which is UCI ?? - Did you get before from visa office any correspondence quoting UCI number ?. That is Unique Client Identifier
If there is no such number = Mark NA

No need to inform because you did not live for more than six months. Later if the VO ask for travel details you must report.
Check the background declaration form, whether such details are to me mentioned or not?.

You should explain about your assets. Includes all property,building, deposits, shares, gold ( if you have more than the reasonable quantity ).
Your liability against any borrowings, bank loans, or any kind of payments you have return to any organization or establishment etc.

2- for my property and assessts, should I need to provide proff of my property?
or just mention list of property

You are welcome my friend.
If you don't know a UCI number, then leave it. Don't give your immigration file number ( Bxxxxx ) instead of that.
You should give the Bxxxxxx number on your covering letter when you send he documents to visa office.

If you have the proof of funds (POF) as bank deposit and if already asked an updated POF you should give revised POF.
The details of assets asked now are separate from the proof of settlement funds. Just give list and approx value of your assets (property) now. I hop the VO will not ask about proof any more. In case they ask again, ( most probably no ) you can give it.

Secondly I am family physician and had experince as family physician for 8.5 years of my own clinic and 4 years in a private hospital Initailly when I had applied in 2009. But Now I have more than 10 years experince as family physician in my own clinic.

Should I now mention only one experince ( in last 10 years) OR I should mention same as I had mentioned in my initial documents .


Please advice Wilson and all my senior friends
