hi,,

i just just want to ask that i computer print out my forms in black ink but i sign them and write my name in my native language name with blue ink pen

are they acceptable or not acceptable in immigration in Canada

my wife is sponsoring me....

can you use black ink pen for signing? It's better for photocopying than blue ink.

It says specifically on all the forms to fill in black ink...I think its better to do it in black...

how about if she will make photo copy of all that documents

include my sign will also come in black ink format

is that acceptable... in my point of view cuz i am here in pakistan

immigration form "IMM 3907 E" check list they said

"""""""""""""""""""""Nationals of Pakistan must send originals of all documents. Nationals of other countries must send originals of the immigration forms (items 1 to 8 below)""""""""""""""""""""

does it means my photocopy will acceptable

Ray,

How about if you just sign the papers in black ink? It should be easy enough for you to find one. You need to send originals of all the immigration forms, not photocopies. And because you are a National of Pakistan, you also need to send originals of any supporting documents (e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificate etc.), as stated in the country-specific instructions for Pakistan.

thanks....

you are right i have to send them again.....

once more thanks

Yes it's just better to send it again because the process is long as is and you don't want them rejected for a stupid reason like that and make sure you send all original supporting documents as mentioned above, photocopies are not acceptable.

yeah....i have to send them again...uuuuuhhhhhhh :o

thanks again.....
