I am filling the schedule A background declaration (IMM5669) . but i need a help on question 6 . I am sponsoring my wife she had been refused TRV twice . so i check yes to section(d). I will explain some detail below . My question is should i check yes to section (e) as well ??

Please note that on Section D : been refused refugee status ,an immigrant or permanent resident visa or visitor visa or temporary resident visa to Canada or any other country ?

section e : been refused admission to or ordered to leave Canada or any other country ?

This is very simple. Question D - people apply for visas and once denied do not travel to the country they wanted to go to. So your answer to that will be yes.

E. Some people already in Canada or other countries try to change or extend their status. When they are denied they are also asked to leave by a certain date. Did you wife travel to a country and was refused admission or asked to leave after the expiration of her visa?

Thanks for reply . I appreciate your help.

If you noticed in Question e , they ask if the applicant had been refused admission to Canada or any other countries ? this is the confusing part as the D question also asks if the applicant had been refused resident visa or visitor visa or temporary resident visa to Canada or any other country ( which is yes on my case )

But still am not sure what should i choose for the D question .
Thank you

If she was refused TRV then your answer to D is yes.
