NEED HELP for the ITA application form

HI all friends,
My husband and me got the ITA on March1,but when we continue fill out the application form,there is a question ask us”do you have any children?”,i am prengrant for 3 month now,my due day will be on August,and i am in the US now,I am not sure should i answer ‘yes’or’no’for this question??
hope somebody can give me some advice or did someone have this situation before?how did you deal with that?Thank you !

I think your answer should be no, as at the time of ITA your baby is not born yet.
