this is my first time to send my income tax... because i just started working last year, and same year is my arrival and PR to canada.. thats why i dont know if i really need to wait for the CRA to send my option c.. because i already called the CRA yesterday to request my option c, and they told me that they dont have yet my records because i just send my income tax last may 2012.. and still on process, so they also told me that it would take 16 weeks before they finish my assessment... so thats why i dont know if im gonna wait for that or just send other option, because i already complete all the documents for sponsorship and the only one is missing is the option c... please help me guys..

Anwser is in other thread. Wait for it if you can, it will cause delays since you can apply for it.

They really need the option C but in your case, here's my suggestion.
since u have recently filed your income tax, maybe u can just make a letter and tell CIC that you just recently sent ur income tax and that it will take about 16 weeks to wait for it. explain to them why can't you include the option C with your application.
Plus, you can also send them copy of ur pay slips just to show them that u are capable of supporting ur spouse.

salamat po, hnd ko po kc tlga alam gagawin ko eh... kc
ung mga documents po ng asawa ko and ung sa akin complete na, un n lng po talaga ung kulang.. ayw ko nmn po sna na hintayin pa ang 16 weeks, kc ung mga documents ko they are getting old na.. alam nio nmn po sa philippines pahirapan po kuha ng mga documents
