Need help for SOP

I've applied for study visa (jan intake). My visa has been refused for below reason.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

Now I'm planning to reapply for my visa .
My IELTS score is 6.5 not less than 5.5
Graduation (b.com) in 2017 with 64% after that i have 2 year work experience as a HR Executive.

10th PSEB 2012 60%

12th PSEB 2014. 69%

B.COM PUNJABI UNIVERSITY 2017 64%

IELTS OVERALL 6.5
R-7, W-7, L-6.5, S-5.5

I applied for visa on 30 nov and my visa has been refused on 28 dec .
My course was Global supply chain management ( Matrix college of management and healthcare)
I filled ITR of my parents as a financial documents.
1 year tuition fees + GIC
