Need help for registration of Classes

My registration status shows this

1)You have no Holds which prevent registration.
2)Your Academic Standing permits registration.
3)Your Student Status permits registration.
Your Year in Program for registration purposes is Second Year.

"Your Year in Program for registration purposes is Second Year" What does it mean ??

P.S i am a transfer credit student

You have been granted enough transfer credits that you are in the second year of the program. The other lines mean that you can go ahead and register
