Is any one here for helping ??

you basically need to show your mom strong tie to their home country and why they would have to return by a certain date perhaps.

There is no such requirement to have a property to apply for the visitor visa. You can provide a support letter (invitation letter) showing you will be incurring all the expense of their visit to Canada including air fare.

So you mean I don’t have to show any financial related things From back home for visa ? And i can apply her visa on my basis.

Your parent still have to show financial standing but they can better explain the financial situation in their letter of explanation.

Okay, thanks for helping !!

I concur that you don’t have to show property for your parents. Even the amount they would have to show is less- 1000 bucks per week + airfare provided they intend to stay at our place. I employed this very strategy for mom-in-law whose visa was approved last week. Hope this helps.

Okay, we have to show around $4-5k in her back home funds and can apply ?

Then it's tricky- you can give it a try by writing a strong LoE (Letter of Explanation).
I will try but im worry about it because if once rejected then am i able to apply again or they will approve or not ?

If the application is rejected, you can still apply. However, strengthen your application and one way is to provide your income to prove that you will take care of them.
