Need help for Noc 6242..and 6421/ chefs and cooks

Thank for opening a thread for all chefs and cooks. Friends, I applied under cook category on oct 2011 and so far I have received my per and waiting for aor number. When I check my status on ecas it just says IN PROCESS and when I click in that it just says I applied in oct 2011 it does not say that whether the file has been transferred to visa office or not. I received my PER on jan 2012. So if any one has simmolar case or know anything about what really is happening with my file share your views. It will be really appreciated. Thank you!

My visa office is buffalo and I have not received 2nd aor yet ! Do you have any sugesstion about sound an inquire. Thank you!
