I am curious to those asking if you fit into 1122. If the answer is no, do you still want to hear that.
I am asking a hypothetical question.

Ofcourse! because I would rather know now than waste my time and money in completing all formalities and then finally getting rejected. So, it would be nice if you all seniors/experienced members can give us your feedback.

Great. i was only curious. I would feel bad saying no it doesn't fit to someone but you are right, I would be saving them money and effort.

I do too. So the best way to say the truth and then suggest how else the person might be able to improve their application or perhaps what other route are there for that applicant.

You should cast your job as internal consulting, thats what it sounds like. I am not saying they will or will not buy it, but their description is somewhat vague too. If your job was doing what you do for other companies, that would make it easier. But from what you say, it sounds like internal consulting anyway.

@ Experts

Is internal consulting not fit for 1122 category ?
also,
What is some is working(employee) at a small private company looking at all most all process making management decision with regard to all the subjects such as HR(hiring+firing), Operations, advertising, marketing, business acquiring, sales etc...
wil this profile be good for NOC 1122 ! ??
waiting for your response !
thanks in advance !

I am not sure about internal consulting but its worth a try.
its easier to make the argument using internal consulting.

@ Maaties

if someone is working in a small proprietorship firm and working as management consultant(employee, family member is the proprietor) taking care of management, operational and strategy building duties etc as that of 1122 NOC.

wht documents should he/she produce to support the work experience ?

Letter from employer, contracts, etc.

@ Maaties

There is no such practice in the firm to issue any contract moreover this has been a family involved setup hence there is not much documentation involved !
pls advice, if it is to be documented wht source should be referred for a complete completion of all formalities..?

I am not sure. hopefully someone with a clear answer will reply soon.

Perhaps Tax documents, client statements, etc. i am jsut guessing.
