**** Need Help for my situation**** Please help

Hi Forum Members,

I have one situation and need expert advice OR advice from some one who gone through similar situation.

- According to my GCMS note my Due date was showing 17th march 2015. (please note it was not review but due date for my application)
- On 20th March (today) my status changed from Application received -> "In process".
- One more line added saying we started processing your application on 17th March (same date my due date was mentioned in my GCMS note)
- On 18th March I got one email from CEC Asking for my medicals it include an attachment 1017E form which is having 2 pages , First page have MR instruction and second page have Bio data details which DMP need to fill. they mentioned within 30 days I need to complete my medicals BUT I already completed my upfront medical for myself and all family members in Nov 2014 which is reflected in GCMS also.
- Only in my case it is showing medical as "in progress" for other family members it is showing as "Passed". May be that's reason I got MR form (pre filled name etc for myself only)
- I had a spot on lung during my first MR so on Dec 2014 i got letter for further test and I did all those and on 28th Jan '15 I received compliance letter.

My Q

1) Since I already completed upfront MR and followed Inactive TB test process, for which received compliance letter, what I should do now ?
2) I should go for another MR and resend result to CIC OR should I resend my UMI # scanned copy which I did and scanned compliance letter to CIC and ask what I should do now?
3) Any one faced similar situation

i guess you should send them an email along with a scanned copy of the upfront medicals sheet which you would have received from the doctors office which also has a UMI(unique medical identifier) number.

I have done my medical on March 03,2015. I have received email from CIC requesting for My and my spouse Passport copies. I was surprised that they must ask me to submit original passport for landing sticker. But my lawyer said that CIC do not put a record of Landing in the passport anymore. CIC send us PR card. I am not sure about the changes in rules. If any one can tell me about this.
