Need help for IRCC webform - Posting Again

Again, agent forgot to mention about USA visa denial in PAPER APPLICATION. So we have updated IRCC with my US visa denial common copy they give every one. Now for safety I will also update the application.

What should I write in the enquiry.

What date should be on the application and also, do I have to print it out, sign it and then scan and upload?

Please help asap

Guys I have posted in the IRCC.

Are you sure that the VO will see the update in the IRCC? Because In the IRCC web form I have given only my name, dob . email id and phone number?

Someone tell me please, since I did a paper application and updated via IRCC and I didn't have UCI or anything. Will the VO see my new form?
