So, just to understand it better. The very first time you met him in person, you got married? And after that you've never met again in person?

He cant visit me again for this year bcos of his work,
I am planning for visiting him after we submit our PR application which is around October this year.
we decided to do sponsorship firs then i go visit him.
We have lots proof of our relationship from January to present.
proof of our wedding performed in our religion and my country rules also.

why you think it will be red flag?

Because you've known each other only for a few months and not in person before the very short trip that he took. Because you got married during that very first and very short trip that he took. Because you have never actually lived together - 9 days is not living together. Because his lack of free days from work is not a reason not to meet each other in person in a genuine relationship - if he can't come to you, then you should have visited him. Because right after you got married, without even meeting each other in person again, you filed for sponsorship....

BTW, if you are not from a visa-exempt country, it's really unlikely that they will issue you a visa to go and visit after you apply for PR. Even if you are from a visa exempt country it will be really risky to try and get into Canada after you apply for PR.

Okay, thanks for your information. I guess i have to visit him first and live with him there before launch for PR application. But actually my office only give me 3 months for leave to canada. is it enough for additional prove that our relationship is genuine and legitimate? (For your information, we loved each other and we married based on that, legally and genuine)

What country are you from?
This might help others in providing information
As others have said... if you are not from a visa exempt county you may have a very hard time getting a tourist visa to visit him :(
