Need help for ECA from IQAS

Hi,

I have already got my Bach of Engineering degree evaluated by WES.
As WES does not accept our Welingkar diploma valid, I will have to get the evaluation from IQAS.
To get it evaluated from IQAS,
1. DO I have to send my BE degree also for evaluation to IQAS along with welingkar diploma ?
2. or should I only send the welingkar diploma for ECA. ?
