Yes you qualify if you can document all the things you listed. A couple of things though:
- Please ensure that your job offer meets the requirements set out in the CIC guidelines
- Careful review recent changes in the FSW Class. Note that you will actually need to do the language test and submit the results with your application to the CIO in Sydney, NS. Note also that all supporting documents as per Appendix A of your local visa office should be submitted to CIO.

I would suggest and request you to read the instruction guide. Please do not take me wrong or my advice as rude one as reading the guide will make you confident and aware of the actual process. This forum can definitely help you but the best help, you can give it to yourself.

Rules keep changing and it is always better to read the latest instruction guide.

You really need to set aside enough time to read the guidelines very carefully. Start from here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp

If you have arranged employment (AEO), you do not need to have 1 year experience in one of the 29 occupations under the ministerial Instructions.

However, to meet the minimum requirements, you need 1 year continuous full-time (or part-time equivalent) paid work experience in a skill type O, A or B occupation. This doesn't have to be an occupation listed under the Ministerial Instructions. You mentioned that you have 1 year experience as a language instructor. If you can prove this, you will get 15 points.
