Need Help: Family Sponsorship Fee Calculation

Hi, I have a friend wants to sponsor his wife and daughter(2 years old) to Canada, and we are confused by the way how to calculate the immigration fees. Here is what I got, please correct me if it is wrong.

$490.00 x 2 Right of Permanent Residence Fee
$75.00 x 1 Sponsorship application (per application)
$475.00 x 1 Principal applicant
$150.00 x 1 A family member of the principal applicant who is less than 22 years of age and is not a spouse or common-law partner

So end up we should pay $1680.00. Thanks for you kind help.
